Bio

• The Highlighters is the Vocal Jazz Ensemble from South Kitsap High School. The group has performed locally, regionally, nationally and on three international tours. The Highlighters have received Superior Ratings at competitions and festivals. The Northwest is the birthplace of Vocal Jazz in the schools and the Highlighters continue to maintain the tradition of performing the music of the great jazz vocalists and bands.
• One of the most awarded vocal jazz ensembles, The Highlighters consistently perform at a very high level. Students from this ensemble often go on to perform in their University choirs as well as professionally.
